When I go to a car lot, I am on a mission: be straight, upfront, and honest, and you will sell me a car. Mark was all the above. As a women, I have often encountered men who are patronizing and downright rude to me when I am looking for a car. Mark answered my questions, got as technical as I needed him to be, and didn't extol the virtues of the vanity mirrors and cup holders over safety features of the 2015 Hyundai Tuscon I had come to potentially purchase. When I was cautiously driving during our test drive, he encouraged me to "drive the way I usually do" and when I went weaving in and out of traffic at high rates of speeds, he commented that I hadn't scared him yet. Test drives cab be awkward for both parties, but Mark bantered right back, and made the ride enjoyable. When we got back into the office, he went over some of the additional features and warranty of the Tuscon, even offering to pair my phone, when I mentioned prior difficulties. In the past four years, I have purchased 4 used vehicles, and I must say that this was, by far, the easiest transaction I've had. I did feel he was one of the most seasoned sales persons there.
