Very Happy New Elantra Owner! I had an appt. at 6pm with Nick but got caught in a meeting at work and called after my meeting and couldn't get to the dealership until 8pm. Nick had left but they informed me anyone would be able to assist me. I picked up my husband and we decided to give it a go. I felt bad about going in so late but my dad was just diagnosed with cancer, was placed in the hospital, and lives out of state. It was pretty urgent that I get a reliable car quick. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Derek with a smile, a friendly handshake, and a helpful attititude. I had already discussed the Elantra's previously with Nick and he was very helpful so it was awesome to get there and already know what I wanted. Derek showed me the Elantra's and was SUPER knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Seriously, he was the best salesman I've worked with in a long time. I loved his positive attitude and he made the buying process fun for us! We all had some good laughs, high fives, and fun! This is what car buying should be - FUN! Not the usual stress, worry, and nonsense of salesman tactics. Derek was honest, down to earth, and just a great guy to work with. We decided on the Elantra Sport, it didn't take long at all (5-10 minutes) to work up an aggreeable deal, and we were onto finance. Derek made sure to offer us a soda and asked if there was anything else he could get for us. (SUPER NICE GESTURE as I hadn't even had dinner or anything to drink since like noon and it was 9pm by this point) Ryan in finance helped us. He was very thorough in explaining warranty info, GAP insurance, all the extras, etc. We opted for them and we appreciated his honesty and help in choosing what the right options were for our situation. After things were settled, Johnny came out and shook our hand, thanked us for our business, and said to feel free to call or come in with any questions. Before we left (mind you, it is an hour after close at this point), Derek sat in the vehicle with us and helped us sync our phones, showed us tips, etc. We felt bad for keeping him so late. His response you ask? "No way, don't feel bad, this is my job! I love these cars and you are going to as well! I will stay as long as it takes to help you!" In a nutshell, this is an awesome dealership! Todd Archer has top notch employees who make the buying experience hassle free, stress free, and FUN. Todd Archer has made a customer for life! More

My car had multiple issues, real and perceived, over the course of a month. Darrell Woodin was there for me throughout the whole process. He always listened to my concerns and was patient and empathetic. Whether it was telling me to bring in the car right away, without an appointment, and/or getting me into a courtesy vehicle, he never waivered in his effort to provide excellent customer service. He made sure the issues with the car were inspected and addressed, and, a month and half later my car is still back at baseline, without any issues. I want to express my appreciation to Darrell for going above and beyond my expectations. Best service center I have ever dealt with. Thanks! :) More

Purchase of 2014 Hyundai Sonata I came to Todd Archer looking for a specific car. I drove 2.5 hours to see the vehicle. I found Jared Loudon to be friendly and eager to do business. I felt they had a fair value on the vehicle and didn't hassle me. They were through and accommodating. The new car manager made one high pressure tactic, but when I didn't bite he backed down. The only thing that was an annoyance was that they didn't know that the Bluelink service had changed from a 3 year trial to a 1 year trial. It changed on July 16, but that information had not been communicated. I don't blame Jared Loudon. That was the new car manager's lack of communication that created that issue. Better training by the management would correct that issue. Overall I would give them high marks on sales. More
Worst Experience I had worst experience at Todd Archer. I bought a new Hyundai Elantra 2014 (my first car in this country). They sold me this car with bunch of lies. F I had worst experience at Todd Archer. I bought a new Hyundai Elantra 2014 (my first car in this country). They sold me this car with bunch of lies. First, the sales person Philip told me that the car had some miles on it because manager drove it, but later I found out (during the clinic session) that my car is a loaner car. Above this, I was told that car has Bluetooth, but when I bought it and the sales person was going over the features of the car (which he did because I asked him to do so) said oh! I am sorry, there is no Bluetooth in this car!! This is not the end of the story, I was handed over just one key (with one remote), the sales person said that he can't find the second pair and will send through mail. It never arrived. I sent emails, made calls and when nothing happened, I decided that I will go myself and get those. When I went there I was told loaner car does not come with second pair of key. This was another shock but I kept calm and asked to make another key for me ( I paid for it, though one sale person Bob who is nicer than all got it at a cheaper price for me ). When I shared my experiences with my friends they asked me to approach the manager. I approached Johnny in beginning of July, and explained everything. He said that he will take care of things (didn't explain what all) and said I should have got second pair of key (with remote) and that he will get me that. It has been two months now, I haven't received a call from them nor the key remote. When I call them they make stories. I don't know if they will at least give me my second pair of key. Last time I spoke to the manager was last week and he said he will call me back, but never did. Furthermore, when I took my car for a clinic, I found dust and leaves under the trunk carpet (They didn't think of cleaning it before handing over the car to me) I had WORST experience with them and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go to this dealer. My mistake was I didn't had much knowledge of cars beforehand and also I believed in what they said. I also didn't know that these people tell LIES and would do anything to sell their cars. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO, I WOULD HAVE. I am surprised that in United States also there are cheaters. Until this point, I never had a bad experience. Also, I always found customer satisfaction as a prime focus in US , which I must say the sales person at this dealership has no clue about. More

I absolutely love my car! All the Staff was nice and helped with every question i had. I had a price that i could pay for the car and they made it work. I was helped by Audie Waters and Jim Smiddy, they were both very helpful and friendly and together they made my experience with Todd Archer Hyundai great. If i ever need another car, I know just the place to go. Thanks Todd Archer for the great car, I reccommend to anybody that is looking, to go here. You will not find a better place i can assure you that. More

When I arrived at Todd Archer I was helped by Brian Prokupek and he took the time to continue showing me other vehicles I hadn't considered yet. He as well as the other staff were very friendly and helpful so in return for the dedication I was able to find a vehicle and workout the terms that allowed me to purchase a new vehicle. More
A welcome relief from past car buying experiences. When my wife and I bought a new vehicle from another dealer a few years ago, the whole experience was painful and the experience almost turned us off When my wife and I bought a new vehicle from another dealer a few years ago, the whole experience was painful and the experience almost turned us off from doing it again. When our main family car finally got to the age it needed major repairs, we decided to replace it and buy new. We did our research through many on-line resources and found that the Hyundai Santa Fe has been extremely well ranked for the past few years and it had the right combination of options at a reasonable price. I won't belabor the experience, but from the first greeting by Ryan as we were getting out of our car to the final hand shake as we got into our new Santa Fe, the experience was as a complete change from that first experience years ago. Never once did we feel pressured into making a purchase, or feel like we were being "sized up" to see how much additional $$$ they could get out of us. (All experiences with that other dealership.) Though we have only had the car a couple days, the impression we were left with as we drove away is enough to bring us back as our first stop on our next car purchase. More

While in the test drive I heard a noise on the front passenger side of the vehicle, and I was told it was nothing because Todd Archer stands behind his vehicles, and it would be fixed before I bought it. Turns out they just bandage the vehicle until its bought. That noise came back within a year and now I'm going to be without a car for my little girl to ride in. Over one thousand dollars in less than a year. Please listen to me and not buy from this crooked dealership. More
Car Service I recently had my car in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The service manager looked up my history and mentioned that I may be due for a tire ro I recently had my car in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The service manager looked up my history and mentioned that I may be due for a tire rotation. I told him to go ahead and do the rotation along with the standard service. Within 30-45 minutes the service manager came to me and mentioned that the service technician recommended to NOT rotate the tires; just leave them alone until the next scheduled service and they would re-evaluate. That just blew me away. Here was a chance to get a few more dollars out of me and I would have been no wiser to the fact. However, a stand-up service technician went out of his way and saved me money and time. I will go no other place now for service and I will definitely ask for that particular service technician to service my car. Outstanding service and a testament to the culture at Todd Archer...
