When you know what you want, the process is easier. Therefore, the usual dealer chatter and puffing was not needed - we were already familiar with the vehicles and features and had a good idea of what a fair price should be. We met our goal and even got the color and interior that we preferred. We liked the smaller feel of this dealer and felt less "pushed". The only down side was having to wait a long time to finish the financing paperwork - they were very the day we were there. More
