Took my vehicle in for warranty work that I thought was only going to take 1-2 days. Turns out they had a mechanic shortage and somehow ended up replacing the water pump which I had took the vehicle to the only going to take 1-2 days. Turns out they had a mechanic shortage and somehow ended up replacing the water pump which I had took the vehicle to them over a year ago for them to replace and they had told me it was fine. They have us a rental after a week of my car being in there shop. We had a family emergency and had to take the vehicle out of state and got a text when we came back that they needed to switch us into a different rental which was totally fine. 3 weeks after having the 2nd rental and a month of them having my car I had to call them for an update on my vehicle because I wasn’t getting text message updates anymore. They then informed me we owed them $1,185.00 for a crack in the windshield of the first vehicle which they hadn’t even properly inspected before they put us in it to begin with as it smelled horrible of marijuana and had the previous customers mail all over it. I spoke to the service manager and she was just as useless as the service advisor Katelyn and stated they would not give me my personal vehicle back until the windshield damage was paid for and proceeded to tell me they did not have any kind of payment plan or anything that could be done. My husband had worked the dealership life he knows there insurance picks up these things and they just pocketed our money. They then gave my husband an application once they say he was a mechanic. After this experience that was an easy no for him. If they treat the customers this bad I can only imagine how they treat there employees. More
