The only good thing and why I gave two stars is the kid who picked up and dropped my car was very nice. As for the service person, I am not at all pleased. I had my car serviced just a few weeks ago when I who picked up and dropped my car was very nice. As for the service person, I am not at all pleased. I had my car serviced just a few weeks ago when I took it in to have a TMPS fixed. They had to order the parts and it took a few to come in. The woman who scheduled me, marked 7 things as CRITICAL. My definition of critical means I shouldn’t drive my car until they are fixed. She had my windshield wipers as CRITICAL because they left some streaks. She had the cabin air filter marked as CRITICAL because she said mileage-wise it was time which was a crock of crap. These items are not CRITICAL and should be a suggestion only. That’s the real problem though. The information I received with the green, yellow, red didn’t match with her definition of critical. The technician measured my tires at: 3 of them at 5/32 and the other at 6/32. She marked them CRITICAL. These measurements are NOT CRITICAL. And of course she had alignment as CRITICAL because she said I would need alignment with new tires. This pisses me off. 5/32 and 6/32 is NOT CRITICAL. She is a great example of why people don’t trust dealerships. I’ve purchased most of my vehicles there at Beau Townsend. I'm not happy at all that this is how customers who don’t check things are treated there. NOT COOL. More
