We had a great experience buying our vehicle at Beau Townsend! We knew which car we wanted and were able to set everything up over the phone so that we didn’t have to spend as much time onsite once we a Townsend! They were incredibly friendly and patient with us and never pressured us. We were on a timetable and they even offered to have us come back and walk through the features another time. I brought my car in as I was having issue with my sound system. By the time my appointment arrived it seemed to have worked itself out. Not wanting to take the chance I still took it in to be looked at. It system. By the time my appointment arrived it seemed to have worked itself out. I was not 3 miles away from the dealership when the system started acting up again. I called the service center to let them know and they scheduled another appointment to look deeper into the issue.
