I looked at multiple dealers while looking for an Explorer. Some were okay, some were helpful, but only one, Beau Townsend was ultimately able to provide the level of service I was comfortable with. Had mobile service come to change oil , rotate tires and fix recalls. The mechanic arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He told me about how long it would take and got fix recalls. The mechanic arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He told me about how long it would take and got right to work. After the work was complete he explained everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. The vehicle and my garage were left spotless. It was a really great experience and Austin was very friendly and professional. More
