I brought my car in as I was having issue with my sound system. By the time my appointment arrived it seemed to have worked itself out. I'm usually very satisfied with Beau Townsend service center. They recommended a new cabin filter after only 18,000 miles and 8 accepted it not realizing I probably did not even need it. Their customer service is terrible and everything is overpriced. I'm never dealing with them again except on recalls. Their service people are just plain rude. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
