My experiences with the service department have been, almost without exception, superb, including my most recent visit, for my 2020 Eco Sport Titanium 4wd 60k service. I expected this to take longer than it did, but all the work was completed sooner than I expected, and my Ford Rewards Points covered everything! Sweet, indeed! :) More
