Have a ford escape I purchased from Joseph Airport Toyota with a lifetime power train warranty through CNA Association. Needed a water pump replacement on my Ford Escape which was covered under the powertrai with a lifetime power train warranty through CNA Association. Needed a water pump replacement on my Ford Escape which was covered under the powertrain warranty. Toyota said they do not have the proper tools to do the job with where the water pump is located but that any Ford dealership could perform the job and would work with the warranty company since it’s the same company Fords warranties are through. Has car towed in to Ford after waiting 3 weeks for their first available appointment only to be charged a diagnostic fee and then told Ford would not work with this warranty company. Called next closest Ford dealership in Dave Arbogast Ford and was told they would work with the warranty company so had to pay for yet another tow to get the car from one dealership to the next. Poor service that ended up costing me $350 between the diagnostic fee and the extra tow. More
