Absolutly horrible. My wife sent it in for a SCHEDULED oil change in the morning, didn’t get it back until 4pm. When she picked it up they gave her a list of things that My wife sent it in for a SCHEDULED oil change in the morning, didn’t get it back until 4pm. When she picked it up they gave her a list of things that were wrong with prices attached but needed the car to diagnose the issues that they quoted. On top of that literally 3 days later we go to turn on the fan and it makes a horrible noise now. Take the cabin filter out to find out it’s disgusting and folded in half. Funny thing was is on the inspection report they said the cabin air filter was ok. Also the camera warranty was a complete pain and now it hasn’t been fixed and the camera stays blue. Service dept is a complete joke. More

Had the works package performed on my 2020 Ranger. Check sheet stated all fluids were checked and all ok. Really don’t use my windshield washer fluid often in the summer. A week after my visit I Went to use my washing fluid and the washing fluid light came on. I’ll spend the extra money for good service but this makes me not want to bring my truck back for the service. What else wasn’t checked? Since this was checked as not needed but really was, was my oil levels even checked? I signed at the end that I understood my service but on your end you said everything was complete all fluids topped off and wasn’t. More
