Beth in Service has done a wonderful job in communicating with me as to the status of my warranty engine rebuild. I was disappointed that Ford would not provide me with a loaner car for the entire time whil with me as to the status of my warranty engine rebuild. I was disappointed that Ford would not provide me with a loaner car for the entire time while my engine was being rebuilt, but at least I had one for the first 10 days. At this writing, I'm still waiting for my car to be returned to me, so I cannot say below how satisfied I will be with the end result. More
