They did a fine job with the service, but I do not like this multi-tier pricing. The cost of taking credit cards is part of the cost of doing business. I am an 87 year old woman. I live on a farm just outside St Paris. I feel completely comfortable coming to Beau Townsend. I drive in the bay; attractive people come to my car, I live on a farm just outside St Paris. I feel completely comfortable coming to Beau Townsend. I drive in the bay; attractive people come to my car, open my door snd greet me cordially. They find out why I’m there and I’m directed to another person who verifys my appointment. Then I am free to spend my waiting time in your very comfortable lounge where I can read my Kindle it book. When my car has been service another person comes to personally tell me what has been done to my car, I pay my bill and find my car fully washed in front. Yes, I would recommend your service department to any of my friends. More

My experiences with the service department have been, almost without exception, superb, including my most recent visit, for my 2020 Eco Sport Titanium 4wd 60k service. It was determined that a 4-wheel al almost without exception, superb, including my most recent visit, for my 2020 Eco Sport Titanium 4wd 60k service. It was determined that a 4-wheel alignment check was due, because of time, and uneven tread wear was detected, and adjustments were necessary. I expected this to take longer than it did, but all the work was completed sooner than I expected, and my Ford Rewards Points covered everything! Sweet, indeed! :) More
