Beau Townsemd and Nissan lost a customer today. I purchased my 2009 Murano from you and have diligently followed the service schedule. I participated in the "tires for life program" to which I fou purchased my 2009 Murano from you and have diligently followed the service schedule. I participated in the "tires for life program" to which I found out today was a farce. In fact', my opinion of Beau Townsend Nissan after today's experience is that the place is operated by ............ I will indeed share my experience with everyone I speak to, from friends on Facebook and Twitter, to Nissan USA and the Better Business Bureau. To say you will not honor the "tires for life" merely because I had my Murano serviced by another Nissan dealership while out of state is indicative of the character of your business. My husband Mike and I have bought cars from Clyde when he was with other dealerships and liked him so much that we will always follow Clyde to any dealership he works with. We love his personality, honesty was with other dealerships and liked him so much that we will always follow Clyde to any dealership he works with. We love his personality, honesty and the way he can make shopping for a car alot of fun. I also liked Charlie how he took the time to show me how to work all my electronics in my car, he was very patient. Matt sold my husbands truck to him and he was very pleased with him and how he made him feel special by all the time he took with him. I have never owned a Nissan before and I really love my Juke. I love going to Clyde's dealership because he always makes us feel special and tries to make sure we are always leaving with satisfaction. The three Gentlemen I've mentioned are excellent salesmen. Its always a very good experience when we see them. I hope they are being treated special too, because they deserve it. More

Buying a car at this dealership was the most satisfying car-buying experience I've ever had! The staff was warm and welcoming and the dealership itself was comfortable and quite clean; the staff was well car-buying experience I've ever had! The staff was warm and welcoming and the dealership itself was comfortable and quite clean; the staff was well informed about the vehicles and keyed in to what we really wanted in a vehicle...didn't try to sell us something we did not want; and, the online assistance and follow-up telephone call was an important element, as we literally got in the car and drove to Vandalia from Piqua and purchased the car that very afternoon. About the Versa. We LOVED the Versa we bought two cars ago, but are disappointed that the design has changed in the back and the trunk shortened. Also preferred the fabric choices in the previous Versa that were black with some threads of blue running through it. Your seats are ultra comfortable, love all the drink holders and plush quality of even your less expensive cars. You have a winning sales force and product.
