I originally purchased my vehicle from Beaver Mazda and continue making the 2-hour drive from out of state for service because of how consistently kind and helpful everyone has been. He has a way of making customers feel informed and supported even when answers aren’t immediately clear, and he intuitively knows the smartest steps to take while guiding you through stressful situations so you never feel left in the dark. That kind of leadership and customer care is rare and truly appreciated, and it absolutely reflects throughout the department. Devin has also always taken excellent care of my vehicle, and it’s obvious he truly cares about the work he does. The technicians at Beaver Mazda treat your vehicle as if it were their own, and that level of care and attention absolutely shows. Even during difficult situations, I’ve always felt the entire service team was on my side and real effort being made to help and find answers.
