Very friendly and accommodating service team, but my car did get lost in the shuffle a bit and I had to seek out an update after 2 hrs despite being told it would be an hour and 30 in all likelihood. Was told an hour wait time turned into 2 1/2 hours. Im super late work work when I was told I will get to my job on time.
