They kept me waiting 2 hours for a part they were supposed to have and did not. Then promised to call the next day for me to come in and did not. Not to excited with my last visit to the service department had two issues with my new 4Runner and I was just blown off like they were bothered by me wanting to get things corrected . It took me 2 hours and a half hours to get an oil change. Then zi had to ask them to find my car in the service department. If you don’t get other services and repairs done they don’t care about you. It was a terrible experience! More
Joey Bruce was our service advisor and was very helpful in making certain that my computer download had been accomplished correctly. On a more personal note he also provided some personal assistance for m in making certain that my computer download had been accomplished correctly. On a more personal note he also provided some personal assistance for me and my wife without we even saying anything. He was very observant of how he could also assist us. We are thankful for what he needed to do and the “extra consideration” he did for us. Obviously a good employee and person too. Good hire Mrs. Beaver! More
