This is an amazing place, but the last time I was in my service coordinator left for the day. After 2 hours, I had someone check and my car was done and they would call me when my car came up. An hour later I asked again and I found my keys and paperwork on the desk of the SE that had gone home. Another SE checked me out and I headed home. At least an hour wasted if not more. Sad. More

Poor Quality Work Damaged Car Took my 4 runner in for service and recall. Dealer didn't replace bolts or didn't tighten bolts in skid plate and striped on bolt. They left radiator cleaner all over outside of radiator, broke the retaining clips on radiator surround and just sat them in place. They have not offered a satisfactory solution. More

Was offered a special price for oil change. Comments on invoice stated oil change special service, but when it was finished was charged full price. Service tech we talked with acted like there was no spec invoice stated oil change special service, but when it was finished was charged full price. Service tech we talked with acted like there was no special oil change pricing. I had to call the person and then get a refund. Once I had called back in and gotten the details then the service tech knew what I was referring. Will not deal with that service person again. Price was great and completed very quickly. More
