Nicest dealership I have ever been to. The lady that helped me was fabulous. She made me feel so good as if I was the most important customer. My car has only 4,000 miles on it even if it is 14 month helped me was fabulous. She made me feel so good as if I was the most important customer. My car has only 4,000 miles on it even if it is 14 months old. It had only been serviced at 1,000 miles at the location that I was living in at that time. I had moved from there and had no idea where to take my car. I asked my GPS to take me to the nearest Toyota dealer. Charged $175 to put car on rack and tell me to fix an oil leak from the drain plug will cost $700 to replace the pan. Apparently they did not try helicoil or Time-Sert, proven low cost fixes. (Update: After complaining about cost the service manager adjusted the cost to $85). Also tried to sell $1000 of other services such as a power steering flush. Will not be using them again for any service or vehicle purchases. Overpriced and trying to sell other services. More
