Sandy- We apologize that our salesperson thought the repair was not covered. We did send the vehicle to Mercedes and paid them $1700 to fix it. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over how quickly other dealers repair their vehicles, and do apologize for the amount of time your vehicle was in the shop. We just wanted to make sure a Mercedes-certified repair facility was taking care of your vehicle, as they would be the best to do so.
