Professional, perceptive, understanding, personable, and so knowledgeable, I was mind-blown. I can't imagine how a person can retain that much knowledge about every single car on the lot. Really--he knows everything about every vehicle, inside and out. As if I wasn't happy enough (got a great car for a great price, which fit precisely into my list of needs, and felt completely taken care of), Adam brought me into his office at the end of the sale, and hopped online for me to pick out a new sticker for my car, to replace the one I loved on my trade-in.
