High volumes should not reduce in the quality of care for the customer. I work in the hospital setting and if it was run like your service department no one would come back. Your service advisor sat there and talked to another customer about what they were doing to my car. He never asked for a name but told me after he talked to the wrong person. If we did that in the hospital people would die. In your business it would be doing the wrong service to the wrong car. There is no poor excuse for poor customer service. I am sorry that I bought a service page for oil changes and tire rotations at your business. I will just have to forfeit that money as I will not be coming back.
