No one is rude, and it's easy to make an appointment. However, it always takes at least two hours to change the oil. Two hours is excessive, especially when quick lube options are available literally everywhere. When I arrive (15-20 minutes early), I get a face to face with the service advisor, and then communication disappears. They rely on texting links to give you updates and request for approvals on suggested service. The first text you get is one that says "you can reach out and stay in contact throughout the process." Unfortunately replies don't happen. You get the update on your vehicle, the suggested services, which I opted out of. Sign, submit, submit, submit... The page doesn't load, you have to repeat the process over and over until you finally give up and go look for your service advisor because they didn't respond to the text you sent saying "no thank you, just the oil change and tire rotation today". You can't find them because they have other clients they're working with, which i understand. The additional services ALWAYS add over a thousand dollars to the bill. I came in expecting to pay for the oil change, and I brought a coupon. The end. After just over two hours of waiting, I go looking for the service advisor and, coincidentally, they "just got the keys". After signing form after form, one of which asks you to agree to receiving texts about promotions and contact from sales people, my keys are handed off to someone to bring my truck up. 10-15 minutes later, I'm finally on my way. Total time is about two and a half hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. After leaving, since I had the tire rotation done, I check my tire pressure. Big surprise, the front tires don't match each other, and neither do the rear. They're about 5 psi off from one another. I honestly shouldn't be surprised, this seems to be a regular thing in Texas. It's the third time it's happened, each at a different business. I don't like coming here, but they're the closest GM dealership to me, and as I said, I had a coupon. Lastly, even though I said I did not want to be contacted by a sales rep, I still was. I don't want to sell my truck, I just want to change the oil. More

I truly had a great experience at the dealership, I wasn’t surprised , this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased.
