Service advisor Lee Velazquez I've been a Beck and Masten customer since 2002. At first the service back then was a little slow. But once Lee became my advisor things improved 100 I've been a Beck and Masten customer since 2002. At first the service back then was a little slow. But once Lee became my advisor things improved 100 %!!! Lee takes care of me and my whole family!! It doesn't matter if it's an oil change or service that is a few days , Lee does an amazing job. He does an excellent job communicating the status of you vehicle and if possible he will have you in a loaner while your vehicle is being worked on.
