Not reliable. From the start. My appointment was 20 minutes late. The lady was a no show at work. Her replacement struggled with pricing my brake job. Trying to ov From the start. No parts in stock for back brakes on a pickup. Had to order. 1/2 way home after picking up my truck and get a call that the mechanic forgot to give me my wheel lock key back. I will have to go back again to pick it up. Not impressed at all More

24hr minimum for diagnostic should be communicated on the website. 45+ minute intake time when we had an appt booked and needed to get to work was crazy. Website did not update accurately as work was progressing so we had no idea where the car was in process. With that in mind... Several texts sent to me at 7:15am on a Saturday demanding responses but then no responses to my texts during normal business hours. Upon pick-up, I had a concern and it was handled VERY well and I was grateful for the gentleman who took the time to work with me. Not sure if I will return solely based on the lack of communication during the service time and the time it took to simply drop off my car after I had booked an appointment. More
