Got to the service area and was quickly attended by the advisor Christopher. He was attentive making sure he got to address what I needed serviced on my truck. Waiting lobby is clean and organized, wasn’t advisor Christopher. He was attentive making sure he got to address what I needed serviced on my truck. Waiting lobby is clean and organized, wasn’t much of a wait. I was then told my vehicle was ready and set. Service tech was thorough on the inspection report. Pointed out the brakes, tire wear, and fluids. Was then swiftly checked out and taken to my truck where The advisor was very kind in handing me his business card in case I needed to address anything about my truck following the oil change. Good experience overall. More

Everything went well and received very good customer service. However, when I arrived for my appointment today they were not able to find me in their system, and mentioned the service advisor I initiall service. However, when I arrived for my appointment today they were not able to find me in their system, and mentioned the service advisor I initially was assigned to no longer worked with them. Maybe that's something they should improve on from their call services and make their appointments more secure for their customers. More
Danielle in parts was excellent. She was the only one that acknowledged me when I walked in. Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable. In part department. Took minutes for someone to come help me. Once I got help the young man was really helpful. Good customer service cross out the wait time. There was two ladies next to parts I believe in trade in area never acknowledged me, while waiting for someone in parts. I understand if it’s not there department, but acknowledgement goes a long way. Over all I will return when again. I would just pass along acknowledge the customers will give a better experience.
