The lady who was supposed to be helping me with my car was to hard to reach when I tried to find out what was happening with it. I arrived at 12:50pm for a 1:00pm appointment. The service was for a oil change and tire rotation. Also had my license plate attached. It took over 3-1/2 hours for these “express services”. It was also noted by my service advisor that I came at a good time because they were really slow. They estimated 1 hour for my service. This isn’t the first time I’ve waiting longer than 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It seems like that kind of duration is extremely excessive. I’ve taken vehicles to the Beck and Masten North location for the same services and been in and out in less than an hour. More

Scheduled an oil change and waited just over an hour from my appointment time for the service to be completed. The offered a package of 3 oil changes including tire rotation and filling all fluid levels for my appointment time for the service to be completed. The offered a package of 3 oil changes including tire rotation and filling all fluid levels for $185. My car requires 5.5 qts of synthetic oil which is nearly $10 a quart. So this package is about $61 per oil change. A great deal. They also washed my car. On the negative side they asked me if I wanted to have the brake fluid flushed for something like $100.. The car is a 2019 with 18,000 miles. The owners manual recommends replacing the fluid at 5 years??? More
