We are disappointed to receive this feedback and have spoken to our team to learn more about this situation. The last few lease payments were rolled into the new loan, and we agreed to cut a check for the same amount so that you would have money for the final bill. However, there appeared to be an expectation that we would provide a check for the old lease payments as well as a check of equal value to you, which is not what was agreed upon. We are sorry that there continues to be any confusion but we are confident that our team helped you find a great vehicle for less than employee pricing, and that the lease payment options were thoroughly explained. Andy responded

The expectation was that you, not me, was paying to terminate my lease so I would get another car from you rather than wait a mother month. In this case, not only did I pay to terminate my own lease, but you financed it into the new car, so now I am paying interest on it also - and I lost use of the old car for 32 days. In addition, I asked for someone to walk me through the buyers order and you didn't responded to my request.
