Our 2016 Jeep needed service. We scheduled an appointment that should have kept us waiting for 90 minutes, but when we arrived we could see that the service dept. happened to be very busy that day. Seemingly, we anticipated a much longer wait which would have thrown off our entire day's schedule. As it turned out, the service was completed in just over an hour. Despite it being a hectic morning, Jeep Service had the work completed within the time frame they had promised. Special mention that Carlos and Tina dealt with everyone in the most courteous and professional manner. More

Great service department. From the time you walk into the department you are acknowledged. They make you feel like a valued customer.
