Efficient, Easy, and Satisfied:) I contacted my car guy Charlie Watson on a saturday afternoon, and he got me into service on monday afternoon. After work on monday, I got to Beechmo I contacted my car guy Charlie Watson on a saturday afternoon, and he got me into service on monday afternoon. After work on monday, I got to Beechmont Ford late for my service appointment but they it did not slow them down! They rotated my tires in record time! Then I went to pay and it was less than half the price of other places I have gone to get just my tires rotated.:) Thank you soo much to Ryan and the service team for being fast and efficient! Quick efficient excellent service I recently just got my Ford Escape serviced at Beechmont Ford. I got remote start installed. It worked for a few days then the time cycles keep gettin I recently just got my Ford Escape serviced at Beechmont Ford. I got remote start installed. It worked for a few days then the time cycles keep getting shorter. Then I texted Charlie Watson, my car guy and we tried a few things over the phone. But unfortunately it didn't do the trick so I went back to Beechmont Ford and pulled in service. Charlie talked to Ryan from service and got me set up. They got the problem solved quickly!:) Then Charlie pulled my car out of service and we timed the cycle for the remote start to make sure it worked. Thank you soo much to Charlie Watson, Ryan, and the service team for all the help it was wonderful! Charlie then followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything is going smoothly:) Charlie is my car guy!!! More

Excellent service made me a customer for life Had an issue with my Transit 350 15 passenger van rear AC. Took it to Beechmont Ford for repair. Was explained to me that after market DVD installers Had an issue with my Transit 350 15 passenger van rear AC. Took it to Beechmont Ford for repair. Was explained to me that after market DVD installers did a bad job of reinstalling head liner. Wasn't a warranty issue. Colin Truax the service coordinator didn't let it end there. He contacted the after market installer explained the issue and made a deal for them to get the broken parts and repair it. All the while Colin explaining to me that Ford would do the inspection afterward to make sure it was done to their standards. Also letting me keep the loaner vehicle (also a Transit 350) for the duration of the repair even though he didn't have to. After the repair was complete Colin personally made sure the AC was correct along with his service man. They both assured me it was correct and working properly. It's been a week+ and it's perfect as designed. Colon Truax and Beechmont Ford have created a customer for life. Going above and beyond what was needed tells me a lot about a dealership.
