Extremely disappointed with service at this dealership! We have been VW owners for over a decade and have always used this body shop. We have been very dissatisfied with our service in the last several months for both of our cars. - Took Beetle in because of engine noise, nothing could be found wrong except for needing an oil change earlier than expected. - Took Beetle in because trunk could only be opened from the inside. Body shop claimed that the inside latch was broken prior to bringing in and they would have to take it completely apart to fix (min cost 1k.) Mind you, I had opened it with no issue prior to driving it over. - At this same visit, when participating in small talk with gentleman behind the desk, he made a sexist remark, "I'm glad I'm not a woman so that I don't have to do any of the Thanksgiving cooking." - Took GTI in for an oil leak. Body shop couldn't find issue and sent us home. - GTI still leaked oil and took it back. Body shop said that it would be a 5k fix. This GTI is a 2015, so we thought long and hard about investing this money. Feel assured by body shop that we would get many more miles by doing this, we moved forward. - After repair was completed, my husband drove off lot and within 30 miles, the engine started making a horrible sound. Now body shop claims we need a new engine which would cost an additional 10k. More

Service department had car for three days 2-17 to 2-19 - 2020, still not correct. John Kirker "fixed operations manger" said they just forgot. Meeting original sales person , only employee I trust, tomorrow so he can fix what service department didn't. This is my fifth car purchase, only wish I had read these reviews prior. Any five star rating is probably from a family member. Do your self a favor, go anywhere else! More
Took my EOS in for check engine light and EPC light with a misfire on cylinder 2, Danielle the service advisor said it was carbon build up. Cost me $950.38 only to leave the dealership after 7 miles to ha a misfire on cylinder 2, Danielle the service advisor said it was carbon build up. Cost me $950.38 only to leave the dealership after 7 miles to have exact same problem!! Took it back and now they actually find the problem of a bad exhaust valve, took a month with an additional cost over $2000 , never offered any type of refund, Very bad experience!!! Would I recommend this dealership No, but No Way More

Business is business...not my job to thank you Tiffany...and my only mistake was picking this place to fix my car. More

My power steering pump went out at 32k, at first they tried to say that nothing was wrong with the car. I had to involve me corporate office to have the issue fix. And now a month after I sold my car they are dragging to issue my gap insurance payment; at first they said it could take up to a month and today I was to told it take 8 weeks!!!!??? Save yourself grieve and find a different dealer that won't rip you off!!! More

Honored the deal Beechmont honored its deal after another dealer stiffed them. I purchased a 2016 Passat from Beechmont after they called a Norwood dealer while I was Beechmont honored its deal after another dealer stiffed them. I purchased a 2016 Passat from Beechmont after they called a Norwood dealer while I was in the showroom to confirm the car I wanted was available for a dealer trade. When Beechmont went to pick up the car the other dealer told them sorry, the car I purchased had been sold - days before they said it was available for a trade. Beechmont tracked down a similar car in another city and offered to honor the deal. They did this during a holiday weekend. Jesse and Todd stood by their word. Despite the problem caused by the other dealer, Beechmont's staff made an unfortunate situation bearable if not pleasant. They are honest and dedicated to satisfying their customers. This is the third car I purchased from this dealer group (not counting the one they got stiffed on by the other dealer). Jesse is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. More
