Outstanding courtesy and professionalism from the staff and especially Jerry Hayes our salesman. Received a notice to service my transmission at 45000 miles. I called to get price for same. I was quoted $169.99. Upon arrival and waiting in lobby for 30 minutes, service entered and told me it woul miles. I called to get price for same. I was quoted $169.99. Upon arrival and waiting in lobby for 30 minutes, service entered and told me it would be $150 more. I asked why? It is a 8 speed transmission. I purchased the car there, all service has been done there. It was the second Cadillac I purchased there. Why did they not know my cvs had a 8 speed trans? Bait and switch! More
