You bent over backwards to do everything it took including having your porter shuttle my vehicle 164 miles to your dealership location. You and your staff handled my vehicle even though your dealership does not sell the GM brand I wanted. Additionally, you corralled all the parts for the extra dealer options I wanted and you shepherded my vehicle through your technical team to get my parts installed quickly and professionally. I would like to compliment all of your staff for doing a great job on the parts installation and particularly your detailer for making my dream vehicle look like showroom condition. Your team’s professional parts installation exceeded my expectations. trust your gut NOT what they try and tell you Just took my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for an oil change and also had a factory recall on the steering. For the last few days I could hear and feel what Just took my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for an oil change and also had a factory recall on the steering. For the last few days I could hear and feel what sounded like something rubbing on my drivers side front tire so I asked them to also take a look at it. They put it on the computer and told me it wasn't the drivers side it was the passenger side wheel hub has bearings going bad and I told them that couldn't be correct that I felt it on the driver side. They insisted it was the passenger side. told me it would cost $573 to fix and that it isn't covered on the power-train.. This truck was just bought in August and only has 50K miles on it now. I then went to pay and they tried to charge me for my oil change which was free due to my 2 free oil changes when I bought the truck, this was my second. They also charged me $25 for putting the truck on the computer... I could have gotten my oil changed and the recall done at any other GM/Chevy dealership.. I wont use Greg Bell Chevy again. Later that day I was driving my truck listening to the front left rub and thought something must be wrong so I called the manager and he went into the whole spiel of you can think what you want or you can trust our certified techs.... so I said heres what we are going to do I am going to come pick you up and you're gonna ride with me and hear and feel what I am hearing, he agreed then I heard him asking the tech if he listened to the truck and put a scope on it... he then said your right it is the left they messed up... WOW just Wow. I looked up the part and its $67 on Amazon... Ill put it on myself and save myself $506. Not only are they incompetent but they are also way overpriced. More
