Thank You to John the Service Manager!! I would like to thank Manager John in the service department. I gave Bell Ford a bad rating earlier but want to change that to 5 stars. I was waiting on something to come in the mail and started complaining to the services department not realizing they sent it out but that it was returned back to them because the apartment manager did not realize I still lived here. So I was being unfair to Bell Ford. They did what they said they would but the and apartment manager did not. Please before you jump to conclusions, ask first because there's always two side to the story...Thank you Bell Ford and John the service Manager.!!! More

All-star service I am from Flagstaff and was down in the Valley because my grandfather passed away that morning. My Sony control system went out and the vents were blowing extremely hot air during that 113 degree afternoon. Needless to say i was pretty frazzled when I pulled into the Service Department in the late afternoon and was fairly grumpy. Cynthia was there and took it like a champ. She gave me a smile and said she would talk with shop manager and see what she could do. A few minutes later she came back and said that they would be able to look at it this evening or 1st thing in the morning. What a relief. I received a call 1st thing the next morning with news that my Explorer was ready. And even better news that the system only needed to be rebooted. I told her I was on my way to the mortuary and I'd be by in the next half hour. When I arrived, she already had my Explorer pulled up and ready to go. I apologized to her for my "grumpiness" the day before and she said if that was grumpy i have nothing to worry about. Cynthia was an all-star for me. She and the Bell Ford Service Department came through when I really needed something positive to happen. Thank so much! More

Good sales experiance, Service not so much. Shelly was nice in service but Service manager has made me regret buying my truck and even a Ford. Truck is six months old had a bad tire they insisted I hit something which is xx. I knew the old Bell Ford I had bad experiences years ago was still in the building. Sales guy (Sage Martinez)was excellent and he gave me a good feeling about the place I disliked years back. If only what he said in the sales process was true. Proof you should not buy any of the extra warranty's they sell you as when you go to use it is not covered. More

Lying and reinstalling broken parts under warranty work Bell Ford got caught installing broken parts on my 2015 Ford platinum f150 also got caught lying about it. GM Lee Spencer apologized for the lying and Bell Ford got caught installing broken parts on my 2015 Ford platinum f150 also got caught lying about it. But Lee Spencer is not willing to fix the problem. The Arizona state attorney general's office is investigating. buyers beware. They have a Better Business Bureau rating of F More

Mike Perreault, the Assistant Service Manager, is courteous, professional and has excellent automotive knowledge. His experience and guidance helped minimize expense for a major repair on my 1998 Expedition. Two days after the repair, Mike followed up with a telephone call to verify if the repair met my expectation and the vehicle was operating properly. Now - that's EXCELLENT SERVICE!! In Southern California, I had a trustworthy Ford dealership for service and repairs. It appears I can now rest assured, Bell Ford and Mike Perreault will do the same for me here in Phoenix. More
Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Started taking my Mustang to Bell Ford for its service a few years ago after dealing with know-nothings at 2 other dealerships. The techs at Bell Ford know exactly what's going on with my car and - most importantly - are able to get the correct parts in and do the work properly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. More
Ford doesent know the meaning of Service Sales is their only priority, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bell Ford. Like all Dealerships the experience ends once you become an owner. Completely forgot the meaning of Service. Took in truck for a drive train issue and they ended up working on my turbo boot, in fact they removed it and improperly re-installed it causing it to fail while I was driving. And now they say they had nothing to do with it, even if it is in the service record that they removed it. More
