Made an appointment to get my SUV aligned. Got there, they were usually busy. No one was there, they service guy ask if I could leave it over night, I said, it's noon, you close at 6pm, I'm sure you can get it done by then. Service guy calls around 5, says come and pick it up. Paid $99 bucks, ask for the alignment paperwork, they guy never came back. Called the next day, ask to have the paperwork faxed or something, so I could pick it up. The service director, said, yes, I'll fax it to you, in just a few. Never saw the paperwork.
On the way home, I noticed the SUV felt like someone had made it worse, so, again called, they said they had a 12 month warranty on the alignment. So, after a few weeks, I started to notice, the front tires were looking kinda like they were.wearing. Took it to the tire shop, the put it on the alignment machine and said, its out slightly, but enough to wear tires.
Took it back to bell ford to see what they were going to do and right off the get go, they start saying I did it. WOW, way to keep a customer, I got so mad, I just said forget it. So, I filed a complaint with ford, and nothing, but I filed on with the BBB and they were able to negotiate a partial refund.
GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THIS ONE FOR SERVICE!!!!
