I dropped my F-150 off to have the plastic bushings in my clutch pedal replaced. I usually work on my own cars and had already diagnosed the problem, but since it was a busy week for me I decided to have the clutch pedal replaced. I got a call from Paul my service advisor later and was told that he got it covered under warranty. Bell Ford certainly will be a part of my service team in the future. Don't waste your valuable time - have the dealership check your car out before you do it yourself. More

It was a great, hassle-free visit to the Bell Ford service department for "Floyd's" first check-up. Floyd is my Fusion. I was expecting to have to pay for something, but happily, my bill was zero. Worst experience ever with dealership. Gave them many opportunities to make right the issues that we had with the car that they damaged during their incompetence. When the poor repairs were pointed out, I was told that I had to live with it. Since I brought this up, they have since refused to service the car that we purchased from them. I was a true blue Ford fan before all of this, but Bell Ford has successfully managed to turn me away from all Ford products. Their lack of professionalism and expertise in their service department is one of their biggest downfalls. It is a shame that they had so many opportunities to fix the issues, but always fell short. Today was the final straw when we went back with another issue on the car, and were told that we were not welcome on the property. Had the car been fixed right the first time with properly trained technicians that knew what they were doing, none of this would have been necessary. Instead, now the dealership cover-up of the incompetence, has cost much more. More
I needed an oil change, filter, lube, tires rotated and rear brakes checked. It was done efficiently and effectively. Got there at 10 AM and I was out of there by 11:15 AM.
