I have been going to this Dealership for Service for a number of Years. This weekend I bought a car with the great help of David Jensen as there were two cars available I was interested in. We asked to see 3 cars and David was right away getting them for us to see and to test drive. David Jensen is beyond professional and kind and responsive and only said "we want you to be happy." With a family of 5 also, he kindly said "the size of the vehicle matters for most comfort" and we did select the larger vehicle. He also followed up with us the next day to remind us on what we still needed to provide and greated me with a smile and kindness when I dropped the items in the next day. Joon Shin, the finance manager, was receptive and did everything that he could to make us happy with the financing! The sales manager introduced himself with grace and friendliness My service gentleman, Jace, was thorough and very respectful as I began to get involved with David Jensen. I love the video that is sent to you with commentary from the service technician. Jace was considerate and just texted me that my Lexus was ready....
