On February 17th, 2025, I visited Bell Mitsubishi in Rahway, NJ. My sales rep was Herson Martinez. It was the easiest deal I have ever completed, and that is saying a lot given that I had already leas Rahway, NJ. My sales rep was Herson Martinez. It was the easiest deal I have ever completed, and that is saying a lot given that I had already leased 8 SUVs in the last 3 years, all without a penny out of pocket. Why? Because I could. I was able to work with Herson and his support team to get the deal done over the phone since I live 140 miles from his dealership. Herson, and the crew behind him, did such a great job in getting most of the paperwork done before I even arrived at the dealership. I was treated as if I was part of their family. If you are looking for a great deal on new or used cars, check them out and you will not be sorry. And no, I am not being compensated for this review. Herson Martinez sold a damage car to me, but had told me that the condition of the car was "brand new". I did not receive a copy of the receipt, as well as not having a service warranty. I brought a infinity SUV from here almost 2 years ago , I wasn’t particularly satisfied with the sales person and I should’ve walked out the door , my car was delivered to my home because it wasn’t ready, I wasn’t particularly satisfied with the sales person and I should’ve walked out the door , my car was delivered to my home because it wasn’t ready, I contacted the sales representative the next day because the speakers weren’t working, I brought the car back and the claim it was only one speaker that needed to be replaced but after having another place look it it I soon found out all the speakers needed to be replaced but the dealership wouldn’t do it. I was stuck with the car and had to get them replaced myself. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership More
