I purchased a Camaro for my 17 year old first car. Memet provided outstanding service and has a nice personality. However the customer service is horrible and they are rude. I called concerning my plates because they expire tomorrow and was advised to drive with the expired temporary plates, I will be alright. The female advised me that no one is working today to help me. I can drive on Wednesday with expired tags Checking with Motor vehicle that statement is a lie. Temporary plate is issued for 30 days after the expiration date you can be stopped by the Police and issued issued a summons. I called the dealership again hoping to get someone on the phone that isn't nasty and rude and attempts to help the customers and unfortunately was transferred to her again, she advised me to drive on the expired temporary again. I can not load the recording here, she was very rude and nasty. I am looking for a winter car/truck for her. I will never buy here again. If Memet changes dealership I will purchase from him again, but not at Bell Mitsubishi in Rahway. Horrible customer service. More

I had an amazing experience buying my Lexus NX 300 F-Sport(late bday gift/Early graduation gift). Luis was super patient, JB and Andy were all amazing. I am a tough cookie when it comes to getting wha F-Sport(late bday gift/Early graduation gift). Luis was super patient, JB and Andy were all amazing. I had forgotten some of my music CD's in the truck that I traded in and I contacted Luis and he put them in a envelope with my name on it and held them until I came to retrieve them. Luis is extremely nice & humble. I would work with him again when I am ready to make another purchase. I am utterly disappointed with my experience with the Avenue Motors and Bell Mitsubishi NJ team. I purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 at the end of May. After owning the vehicle for roughly 1 week we had deci Avenue Motors and Bell Mitsubishi NJ team. I purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 at the end of May. After owning the vehicle for roughly 1 week we had decided to remove the vinyl wrap that had been added by management. What we found was shocking to say the least. The wrap was placed on the car to conceal tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. The entire car was in need of a new paint job. After hiring legal consul the deal was canceled. Avenue / Bell Mitsubishi picked up the car everything was OK at that time. Until Avenue refuses to fund the payment made on the vehicle. This dealer was proven NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I would not recommend any sort of high end vehicle transaction with his team More
