I recently brought my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander to Bell Road Mitsubishi for a comprehensive multipoint inspection and maintenance after purchasing it used. I had an excellent experience, thanks especially to my service advisor, Kameron Kupetz. Kameron was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire process. Since I had recently purchased the vehicle, I wanted to make sure everything was in good condition and that any outstanding maintenance was addressed. Kameron helped review the vehicle’s maintenance history, explained the recommended services, and made sure I understood what was needed and why. I especially appreciated the transparency and attention to detail. It’s reassuring to work with a service advisor who takes the time to answer questions and help customers make informed decisions about maintaining their vehicles. Overall, I had a great experience with Kameron and the team at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I feel much more confident about my Outlander’s maintenance going forward.
