Ray went beyond the call of duty to ensure a successful experience for us! This was not an easy task and Ray explained everything to us in layman terms! The only concern we have is why during our last 50 experience for us! This was not an easy task and Ray explained everything to us in layman terms! The only concern we have is why during our last 5000 miles check up the inspection did not show that the battery was not at full strength?! It cost us &145.00 to have the car towed to the dealership! ?? More
