This place is a joke and could care less if they sell you a vehicle that isn't safe. The service manager will just raise his voice and try to belittle you. They sold me a 2024 vehicle with leaking rear struts and when asked why they didn't catch it when they charged me $2000 for a maintenance check when I purchased it he says "leaking struts isn't a safety issue". Clearly not wanting to work with me. How is leaking struts that fail to control suspension movement, which can increase braking distances, cause unstable handling, and reduce tire contact with the road not a safety issue? Had he considered just a little bit to treat me with a little respect instead of trying to flex his tiny muscle in his brain he would have realized the vehicle was under warranty and could easily be fixed. Nope he'd rather act like he's superior to all and treat the customer like crap. I would avoid this place if possible. He accuses a mechanic of just trying to upgrade and just say that the struts were leaking when they probably aren't like Im ignorant and wouldn't have the knowledge to confirm the info. You are the king of upgrades there. You low ball vehicles so they look below book value and then add on $2500 in "fees" to bring the cost of the vehicle up. Then try to scam customers telling them you offer special warranties for Costco members. Again treating your customer like we are all ignorant. More

I have had my 2017 Mitsubishi outlander since 2017. Drove it fresh off the lot. I was told that I would receive a free oil change for life. I was told in order to keep the free tires for life, I would Drove it fresh off the lot. I was told that I would receive a free oil change for life. I was told in order to keep the free tires for life, I would have to keep up with services which I have not done and I totally understand. I don’t know if they have new management, but they gave me a hard time about my free oil change that I’ve been receiving for almost 9 years. The world is expensive as it is. More
