Do not buy a car here unless you absolutely have to. Yes, they will finance you with bad credit. But I looked at 2 cars. One had a 2 foot long Crack in the windshield. And bird poop on it. I wanted the one that was in good condition. They were similarly priced. I was told it would cost an extra 1200 in down payment for the decent car. So first, I didn't get the car I wanted, I got the car they wanted to unload. They didn't even bother to offer to wash the car, which honestly is standard practice when you buy a car. On top of that, the very next day I get a call telling me I had an 800 dollar "pick" payment on top of the down I had already given them. I told them no that was not in my contract. The lady insists she has a copy right in front of her. An outright blatant lie. I went out to check my copy, and no there is nothing in there about a pick payment. Call back and ask for a manager. I was informed they don't transfer to managers. Great customer service. Finally resolved the problem by getting them to admit they hadn't applied My payment More
