I bought a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan recently form BRM for a great price. North (the salesman) was great!! I did not buy the extended warranty as I am looking at external policies for that. They gave me 2 weeks to let them know if anything was wrong. In the first few days, I noticed that one of the middle stow and go seats was not stowing and going and I brought it back in. Took about a week as they had to order parts but they resolved the issue and then restarted my 2 week warranty from the date I picked it up. Well this past week it rained heavy her and I noticed a leak around the windshield in 2 places. Went to BRM to see if I am still under the warranty and Edward and Rick in the Service Dept told me not to worry about it and hooked me up with a auto window repair company to schedule replacing the windshield to resolve the leak issue at no cost to me. I have to admit I was not expecting that at all and I am grateful for the top notch service they provided. I highly recommend BRM if you are in the market for a new or used car. More

We want to thank Wisam for the congenial transaction on our certified pre-owned 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Very professional. The only disappointing part was that the service department fell short on our certified pre-owned 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Very professional. The only disappointing part was that the service department fell short on the certified inspection. As we went to start the car to leave with it, the battery was dead. Upon the service tech testing the battery it was found to be at the end of its useful life. It was the original battery and that should have been a clue that there wasn't much left in it. On the positive side, it was replaced with a new battery (only a 2-yr battery though). There were also three clips missing that held parts in place in the engine compartment near the front. We brought this to their attention when it should have been found during servicing prior to selling. Th service tech who took care of the battery and clips were great. But we think the inspection process is lacking and deserves looking into. This should not have happened. Also, the car had 1,070 more miles on it than the information that was presented to us before and during the sale. This reduces the warranty life by that amount. The dealership facility is clean and inviting. Overall, we are satisfied with the car, our salesman, and the service techs who assisted us. Also, thanks to Scott for the help he provided with some confusion early on. In spite of the shortcomings with the certification inspection, we would try using the service department in the future based on our experience with the techs who took care of the problems mentioned.
