I was disappointed in phone service. The next day I called and asked to talk to Scott and 10 minutes later I was connected to finance dept. Called back and again asked to talk to Scott. I hung up after waiting 12 minutes. Went in with the intent to get a used car but didn't really know what I wanted. Sam G. was very helpful, he pulled the inital car I wanted to drive and then two more cars for me.
