Buyer beware. My son bought a car from them in March. I realize this is November but in October it broke down. It had 3000 miles on it if that since he purchased it and it needs a new engine. They are very good at listening, but when it comes to standing behind anything they suck. Stay away from this dealership. Nobody wants to be left with a $10,000 loan without a car to drive. More

The bait and switch kings at this dealership. My wife and I purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 truck on August 26th. The truck was advertised at $55,999. When I arrived, I liked the truck and started th My wife and I purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 truck on August 26th. The truck was advertised at $55,999. When I arrived, I liked the truck and started the process of purchasing the truck. After my salesmen and I discussed the pricing, the sales manager came over to the table and informed me that if I wanted wheels and tires, I needed to pay another $10,000. And if I wanted the 5th wheel hitch, I needed to pay an extra $2000. I was shocked by that and protested that those items were already on the vehicle as advertised. Then, the sales manager wrote down $58,900 as an out the door price and said he would go fight for me for that price "out the door." But, unfortunately, as the process continued, we were shifted from person to person and kept distracted and off balance. We went thru financing with the financial guy, and it was very confusing, and he was vague. He went very quickly, never told us our interest rate, and never informed us of a "special coating" that was previously installed on the truck, again already installed for the advertised price, and that he was signing us up for over $12,000 in extra warranties and add ons. Our out the door financing total was a whopping $68,634! Then we discovered the next day we had no financial paperwork included in what we were given, and the flash drive that was supposed to have all our warranty info on it was blank. We immediately started calling, texting, and emailing to ask for this information we were supposed to receive and discuss that evening of the 26th. After several attempts to get someone's attention at the dealership, two days later, we finally got the financial docs. At that point, we started questioning all the extra fees and add ons amounting over $12,000. After a few days of back and forth, we successfully canceled the 3 warranty policies issued. Then, we questioned the "special coating" charge of $2699.00. I have vehicles with protective coatings, and this truck doesn't show any of the typical signs that it has had anything other than maybe a wax job. Nothing anywhere near $2699 worth of work. I have asked the financial guy several times to remove this charge, as we never asked for it or even knew it was installed, but he has ignored me 100%. I also asked who else above him I could speak to about this, and he is also ignoring that request as well. The blatant disregard for customer concerns and the lack of caring has been shocking at Bella Nissan. We spent a lot of our hard earned money with Bella, and honestly, it feels like we were swindled, scammed, and the financing department withheld the proper paperwork so we wouldn't see the extra add on's. The state will also hear from us pertaining to the predatory leading practices and possibly elder fraud. More

Bella Nissan advertised a vehicle and price on CarGurus. com. After email inquiry, advised the vehicle was available. After 3 emails and waiting for 7 hours, called dealer. I was told the dealer will not honor the advertised price. Complaint made with CarGurus which stated the dealer provides the advertisement price to CarGurus. More

Was looking for a Z Performance, did all negotiating on the phone. The salesman Matt was really terrific and replied to all my calls and texts. I would definitely buy a car from him from another dealership the phone. The salesman Matt was really terrific and replied to all my calls and texts. I would definitely buy a car from him from another dealership and definitely not from Venice Nissan. As I said Matt was great but must listen to what management says. They show 7 Z's all 2024 leftovers and no 2025's and with their managers you can understand why. After many texts back and forth they did offer $11k off MSRP but found ways to make it up such as their useless Platinum Package for $2495 which they refused to eliminate, offered me $3k less for my trade the other dealer offered me, their dealer prep is $1299 almost $400 more, private agency fee $299 other $0, electronic filing fee $599 almost $400 more, plus other fees. I got a 2025 for only a few $$'s more with no Platinum type package (nitrogen, headlight cleaning, a/c refresh, etc all fluff) and $3k more for my trade and got a 2025 instead of 2024. Matt did work hard for me but his manager Cody would not budge when I stated remove the Platinum Package and make up the trade difference, a big NO from Cody. Only reason was thinking the 2024 vs the 2025 that I purchased was the color combo of the 2024. But worked out better as I got a 1 year newer car (no real changes between 2024 and 2025 but value higher). No wonder Venice Nissan has 7 2024 leftovers and no 2025, big sign on their store under new ownership, bought a 350 years ago from previous ownership who was good, you can tell how these new owners are by the way they stack prices. For a Nissan look elsewhere. Again I wish to thank Matt for really trying his best, sorry I could not purchase from you. You were great, trying for the customer while your manager Cody and dealership could care less. Makes one wonder if the service department is more like you who cares for the customer or more like management who only looks to earn more $$ for services not needed. More
