I've purchased 2 vehicles from here in the past 1. 5 years and both experiences were subpar. Original order docs were not kept on file, waited hours for sales / licensing support even after scheduling 5 years and both experiences were subpar. Original order docs were not kept on file, waited hours for sales / licensing support even after scheduling appointment times, had tires changed and the original tires were destroyed during removal. The most frustrating experience was when I place an order for 2 vehicles at once: I signed paperwork confirming to put the sale through and the salesperson did so (so I thought). Months later I receive an email me a 1 sentence notification that he wanted confirmation to put the order though (again?!) and made zero note of urgency. Apparently it was extremely urgent, no he did not even call me, and by the time I responded to the email it was too late. The only response I got: "you emailed me too late, the order didn't go through". We're talking about a vehicle with a 14 month manufacturing lead time and and the sales person just nonchalantly failed to place the order. Furious with this experience and the blatant incompetence.
