Positive with regards to front end (sales) Negative with regards to having to bring my new Explorer in for repairs. Negative when repairs are reportedly done and car continues to have the exact sam with regards to having to bring my new Explorer in for repairs. Negative when repairs are reportedly done and car continues to have the exact same issues on the same day as when the car was brought in. Negative with regards to having to bring the car back for the second time for the same issues. I'm still looking for a positive outcome. More

I was actually Selling 2 cars as we are moving overseas and the process was easy with Sabrina and B. Ford. Crazy market now and hard know what’s what, but we got what we wanted above KBB estimate; so, are and the process was easy with Sabrina and B. Ford. Crazy market now and hard know what’s what, but we got what we wanted above KBB estimate; so, are happy. Much less hassle than doing private sell with no time to do it. Sabrina was chill and no pressure, very easy to engage and work with, as was rest of team. Sabrina was very helpful through the past process and checks issued. AND she set us up to continue using both cars as loaners for our few remaining weeks. Yes!! I will definitely consider buying from them when we return. More
