Absolutely the worst experience of owning a Ford car we can think of. First Austin based Ford dealer installed a non Ford motor mount, the whole car vibrated (2 months) Second dealer in Bellingham installe can think of. First Austin based Ford dealer installed a non Ford motor mount, the whole car vibrated (2 months) Second dealer in Bellingham installed the correct mount, took (4 months and lost the car). Basically couldn’t drive our car 1/2 year. Now the warranty on the TCM has expired, we are expected to pay for this ! ????? More
