Wasted 3 days trying to get my truck fixed. Scheduled appointment first time and the check engine light wasn’t on so they said they couldn’t do anything. Came back when it was on and scheduled Scheduled appointment first time and the check engine light wasn’t on so they said they couldn’t do anything. Came back when it was on and scheduled another appointment to have it fixed. They canceled cause couldn’t get the part. Rescheduled brought it in and it didn’t get done cause everyone was out sick, they said. So rescheduled brought it in and when I was about to give them the keys they said, “oh buy the way it could take 3 days. If the bolts breaks.” Wouldn’t you tell a customer that ahead of time. Complete incompetence. I don’t trust them at all. More
