During a service I had an issue but it was not due to anything Bellingham Ford did. They did a fantastic job in checking over my vehicle and making sure it was good to go. I had a scheduled service appointment on 9/12/23 when I arrived for my appointment & checked in the lady at the desk said I am busy & you need to go to the next desk, she was not busy the only thing she wa arrived for my appointment & checked in the lady at the desk said I am busy & you need to go to the next desk, she was not busy the only thing she was busy doing was running her mouth. Then I employee can in & told me to move my car my car was parked in a service customer parking spot, the employees are rude. I ended up speaking to the general manager Julian he was a passive aggressive jerk who kept talking over me & wouldn't let me get a word in because he knew everything I was telling him was correct I see now why the dealership is a xxxx show because the GM is jerk and he's rude as xxxx you cannot have a conversation with him he just speaks over you & doesn't listen to anything you have to say this is my second horrible experience at this dealership avoid this place at all costs & defiantly don't buy a vehicle from this place you will regret it Julian you need to be fired your are unprofessional, & rude I also filed a complaint with Fords corporate office , & with Fords service executive team which lowers your service rating & effects your bonuses Ford Bellingham sucks More
