Not real happy with waiting just over 5 hours to get my car service repairs done and when I asked for a loaner - there were none available and the appt for my car was at 10:00AM. I left at 3:15 pm. The iss car service repairs done and when I asked for a loaner - there were none available and the appt for my car was at 10:00AM. I left at 3:15 pm. The issues at hand were resolved, brakes, oil change and tire rotation, however they created a new different issue I wasn’t having when I brought my car in for service. So now I am being asked to bring my car back in this week and will have to wait again. I also called twice today 10/24/23, left a voicemail message and never got a call back. I am not happy with the service I am receiving. I left a message with the Sales Dept. and they said I’d get a call back within the hour but never heard back. Not sure what’s happening there but it’s not great customer service. More
