The work requested was not done. I requested a diagnosis of why the charging meter was erratic. The technician was not able to locate the problem, yet I was charged $247. It was obvious that the technician was not adequately trained as he suggested that the rear brake drums be changed because he observed the wheels were not moving freely enough. The reason they were not moving freely was that the car was in economy mode. He should have been able to observe that. More
